# Export Product Type Properties Csv

> Export per-ProductType property references as a long-format CSV.

**Authentication Required**: Requires `product_type:read` permission.

Columns: product_type_key, property_key, display_group, display_order,
is_hidden. Round-trips through `/upload-properties-csv` without losing
overrides.

Skips the auto-managed `__base_template__` ProductType by default — its
properties are derived from `is_common`/`is_system` PropertyDefinition
flags, not authored, and exporting them would cause downstream re-import
to copy them onto every product type as authored references.
